Manufactured using specially selected pressure treated and planed timber, the pressure treatment the timber receives allows the natural colours of the wood to show through. Planed timber means the timber provides a smooth, superior finish. If you wish to treat your pergola with a colour of your choice the process is much quicker and easier on planed timber or you can have the option of purchasing the pergola pre-painted. Application of a semi-transparent stain or paint for pressure treated timber is recommended if you wish to maintain the colouring of the pergola.
