Introducing Woburn 9 x 6 Shiplap a premium summerhouse constructed with tongue and groove shiplap walls, roof, and floor, ensuring robustness and longevity.

It includes a fixed Georgian-style bay window and a half-glazed single door, enhancing its traditional charm. The structure is built with a 45mm x 45mm (2" x 2") framework, providing extra strength and security.

The summerhouse features an extra high eaves height of 1810mm (5'11") and an internal ridge height of approximately 2190mm (7'2"), offering a comfortable interior space.

The floor is made from 12mm x 120mm planed pine tongue and groove boarding, supported by 45mm x 45mm joists. The roof is similarly constructed with 12mm x 120mm planed pine tongue and groove boarding.

The bay window is glazed with 3mm horticultural glass, retained by profiled beading. The doors are mortised and tenoned, profiled, and weather-resistant, with internal hinges for added security.

The summerhouse is pre-treated with a high-quality anti-fungicide wood protection primer. Assembly requires a firm, level base, and the building should be treated with a high-quality, water-based timber preservative prior to or shortly after assembly.
