The Cali Home Office is a high-spec garden building to give you valuable additional work space with useful storage space to the side, this is interchangeable. This is a turn-key office, painted externally and internally, fully insulated, double glazed and complete with a Herringbone effect vinyl floor, all fully installed onto your ready-prepared base.
The door has a three-lever lock and in the summer you can work with the double door thrown wide open to enjoy the birdsong. All windows are opening.
The construction itself is as impressive as it looks. The external cladding is an engineered wood board resistant to moisture, each wood strand is individually treated with advanced binders and wax. Each panel is treated throughout with our proprietary zinc borate-based process to help resist fungal decay and insect damage.
The cladding sits on 70 x 44 mm framing to give a sturdy construction. The floor is 20mm T&G, fully insulated with 25mm Celotex and finished internally with the attractive herringbone effect vinyl.
Externally the roof is 11mm OSB Board finished with 1.2mm EPDM rubber roof that carries a 50-year guarantee, internally it features 23mm of insulation finished with 12mm of MDF. All the internal cladding is MDF, moisture-resistant board, grooved to imitate classic cladding.
The internal wall and roof insulation consists of YBS Airtec Double, a highly reflective aluminium foil with a durable laminated surface either side of an air bubble membrane which effectively acts as a Vapour Control. The Cali Home Office is an investment for your home and ideal whether working or as an all-year-around extra room.
