The Shire 8 x 8 Highclere Summerhouse includes a number of key features as standard that show its quality. The robust 34mm x 34mm framework of the walls and floor ensures a robust, sturdy construction. The walls and floor are also constructed using 12mm thick shiplap tongue and groove boarding, giving you a summerhouse that is not only durable but is also nicely sealed away from the elements. This design closes together each panel tightly to make sure your summerhouse is weatherproof.
The windows and double doors are glazed with styrene, an environmentally friendly choice that is a safer alternative to traditional glass. You can also choose to upgrade the two fixed side windows to opening windows to make controlling the temperature of your summerhouse even easier all year round. With a roof constructed from high uniform strength plywood and with quality floor joists that give the summerhouse an impressive load capacity, the Highclere is certain to stand up to the test of time.
