The Shire Parham Summerhouse is ideal for anyone who likes to spend a lot of time enjoying the view of their garden. Fill it with comfy furniture to provide a perfect place for reading or relaxing, or add a table and chairs to create a pleasant dining room. As it is a Shire summerhouse you can be assured of top grade timber. Shire only source timber from Scandinavia and Siberia where the best timber for garden buildings is produced. The timber is tight grained producing less sap and is therefore a more durable timber than the faster growing timber used by other summerhouse manufacturers.

Walls - The shiplap profile allows efficient run off of water and helps keep the summerhouse nice and dry inside, while the tongue and groove construction helps to minimise draughts.

Door - Double doors come glazed to allow maximum light. An attractive gate latch is supplied with the building.

Roof and Floor - The roof and floor of the summerhouse are constructed from matching tongue and groove boarding for an impressive finish.

Windows - Three quarter length windows with styrene safety glazing

Treatment: All Shire garden buildings are supplied pre-treated with a base coat to both sides in a golden brown water based industrial product (colour can vary from the picture shown). Shire the manufacturer recommends that you apply a water based top coat of your choice. This will protect the timber from weathering on your shed making it last longer and will need to be repeated accordingly in relation to the manufacturer's instructions.
