Carly James is so much more than just a fitness expert. She used to write for Which Magazine before she found Posh UK and made her home here with us. When it comes to product testing, no one knows it the way she does.
She started as a fitness consultant, and working closely with people on their fitness journey is something she still does in her free time. It’s not something she was able to leave behind, and it helps her keep up to date on the latest in the health and wellbeing sectors. Working with home spas and saunas, it’s important to know what you’re talking about (and Carly definitely does).
Her health and wellness expertise is backed up by years of experience working for major publications such as Cosmopolitan and Marie Claire. Carly is a fitness fanatic, and she fits it in around her hectic family life and the relatable need for Netflix bingeing.
We love her jokes in the office, and she’s gained a bit of a reputation for being a workplace comedian.
