We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us here at Posh. In the unlikely event you’re not entirely happy with your product, you have 30 days to return it for a full refund using the same payment method as your original purchase.
We strive to ensure that your bathroom products arrive in perfect condition. If you receive any items that are damaged, please notify us right away by contacting us directly by email with images of the concern. Please ensure this is done immediately upon discovery of the concern
How to Return an Item

Begin the return process by authorizing the return with us by email.

Carefully package the item in its original packaging and include your order/return details inside or inside an envelope attached to the product. Please do not write on or deface the original packaging itself.

Send the item back to our depot and the address confirmed on the email.

Once the item is received, we’ll start processing your return.

Refunds may take up to 10 working days to process from the time we receive your item. However, in most cases, refunds are processed much sooner
Returning Unwanted Items

Unwanted items cannot be returned after 30 days.

Items should be undamaged and unmarked.

You will need to arrange and pay for your own courier. We recommend using a tracked delivery service.

Return shipping costs for unwanted items are your responsibility.

Returning Damaged or Faulty Items

Damaged items cannot be returned after 30 days or once installed.

You must notify us of any damaged goods within 48 hours of receipt.

In all cases, you will need to provide photos of the damaged item. These should be sent by email

Please do not start the return process before notifying us about the damage.

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (credit card or PayPal) after we receive your returned item.

Returned items must be in their original condition, including packaging, and must be carefully handled while in your possession.

If items are sealed, they must remain visibly sealed without the packaging being opened.

Products Supported by Field Engineers
Certain major brands require a visit from their own field engineers before they will accept returns. These brands include but are not limited to the following Mira, Triton, Aqualisa, Stuart Turner, Salamander, Insignia, Vidalux, Lisna Waters, Saniflo, Insinkerator, Canadian Spa and Grundfos. Returns for these brands will only be processed after an engineer confirms that the product is faulty (and not an installation issue).
Damaged on Arrival
If your order arrives damaged, YOU MUST INFORM US IMMEDIATELY
All items are sent out on insured delivery services, the terms of the insurance is that all claims are made for delivery damage within 48 hrs from delivery. Claims after this time may not be considered and delayed reporting may affect your eligibility for a refund or replacement.
Inspect your goods as soon as possible after delivery or better still, at the time of delivery to ensure they match your order and are in good condition.
If someone else is signing for your order, please inform them to inspect the items upon receipt. If they sign for the goods without checking, you will be responsible for any loss or damage. You agree to indemnify us for any losses we incur due to your or your agent’s failure to thoroughly inspect the items at delivery.
