The real selling point of the Amaryllis Shed is its 34mm x 34mm framing, which is around 20% thicker than the framing you will find on most sheds in this price range. This gives you a strong and durable building at the cost of an economical shed. An 10mm solid sheet board floor is robust enough for storing heavy items and for everyday foot traffic. A 8mm OSB roof provides a good level of weather protection and, when the supplied green mineral roofing felt is attached, the inside of your shed will be well sealed from the elements. The overlap cladding used on the Amaryllis enables the efficient run off of water and can move with the natural expansions and contractions of the timber without compromising the structure.
The Amaryllis has two fixed windows which allow in plenty of natural light. These are glazed in shatterproof styrene, a safer alternative to traditional glass that is perfect if you have a busy garden with pets or young children. A hinged single door allows easy access to your shed and you can choose at the time of assembly whether you want the door to be on the left or right hand side of the windows - you can choose which way round best suits your garden.
The Amaryllis is dip treated for protection during manufacture and transit. With our dip treated products, you get a 10 year anti-rot guarantee. To ensure your guarantee is valid, you must follow all of the manufacturers assembly and care instructions, which will include guidelines for treatment and periodic re-treatment of the shed. It is recommended that you apply a quality water-based product that adds waterproofing.
