Pent 7 x 7 Shed

Built from high quality European softwood the building is dipped treated in a timber treatment primer which needs to be re-treated once assembled and annually thereafter.

It makes a great addition to any garden and a fantastic storage solution especially for your garden tools that will last for years to come. The pent is flexible as you can have either the window or door reversed. Walls: Constructed using high quality 12mm thick softwood planed tongue and groove shiplap pattern boarding. All timber is from sustainable sources, so that you can feel good about buying a Shire shed.

Frame: A robust planed 34 x 34mm (1 1/3' x 1 1/3') framework (walls and floor) that gives the building strength.

Floor: Manufactured from high quality 12mm planed tongue and groove matching pattern boarding.

Roof: Is constructed from 9mm Oriented Strand Board (OSB) with included roofing felt.

Windows: One opening criss cross window is included as standard and isproperly morticed and tenoned which is one of the strongest joints in woodwork. It is opening, profiled, and weather resistant. The window has a unique profiled 'lip' that covers the aperture of the opening in the panel making it weather resistant. Casement stays have 2 levels of opening. The glazing is 3mm horticultural glass. All glazing is retained by profiled beading which is pre-mitred (no awkward cutting required).

Doors: Supplied with reinforced ledged doors and with padbolt.

Treatment: All Shire garden buildings are supplied pre-treated with a base coat to both sides in a golden brown water based industrial product (colour can vary from the picture shown). Shire the manufacturer recommends that you apply a water based top coat of your choice. This will protect the timber from weathering on your shed making it last longer and will need to be repeated accordingly in relation to the manufacturer's instructions.

Supplied flat packed for ease of handling and assembly. All fittings and felt are included in the price with clear easy to follow instructions. Allowance should be made for the roof overhang and for access around the outside during construction and subsequent treatment. Following your order, you will be sent a link to choose your delivery day. On the morning of delivery day you will also receive live tracking information.
