Small parcel items - are generally available for next-day delivery if ordered in good time

Larger Pallet Delivery Items - are generally available for a 5-7 working days delivery depending on our normal delivery schedule however the specific product page may advise better

Express and next-day services on larger items - are available for an extra charge and advertised on the product page where applicable - All delivery services are Monday - Friday

Most items on our site come with delivery included FREE in the price. Any order over £500 ALWAYS comes with FREE DELIVERY included :)

How Is My Item Delivered:

Parcel deliveries leave us the same day or the following day depending on the time of the order and are sent on a next-day recorded service. You will be provided with the tracking via email

If you've ordered a shower, sauna, bath, rattan dining set or another large garden furniture set (bulk item), the dispatch team will soon be in touch via email to organise a specific delivery date inside the period advertised on-site – PLEASE KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR SPAM FOLDER

PLEASE NOTE: For all palletised deliveries, the delivery operative will get the item as close as possible to the door of the property given suitable access and hard standing ground for his pallet truck, however, the delivery team is not able or insured to enter or carry the item into the property and you should arrange for a suitable amount of persons to be present to accept the delivery.
