This top-of-the-line summerhouse offers ample interior space that can be utilised for various purposes, such as an office space, seating area, gym, or dining area for entertaining guests. Professional installation is included, and it's crucial to have a firm and level base, preferably concrete.
The summerhouse's double doors provide excellent ventilation. Its external cladding is made of an engineered wood board with a cedar finish treated with advanced adhesive resins, water-resistant waxes, and zinc borate for protection against fungal decay and insect damage. The engineered wood board is highly durable and resistant to buckling, peeling, cracking, and chipping. The binding agents and resins are also low-emitting, making it an eco-friendly option.
The interior cladding is made of moisture-resistant MDF with an Oxford profile finish. The walls and roof are insulated with YBS Airtec Double, equivalent to 55mm polystyrene. The flooring is made of tongue and groove boards with 25mm Celotex insulation, while the interior features herringbone vinyl flooring.
The joinery on the windows and doors is handcrafted, adding to the modern aesthetic of the summerhouse.
