Carly James is so much more than just a fitness expert. She used to write for Which Magazine before she found Posh UK and made her home here with us. When it comes to product testing, no one knows it the way she does.
She started as a fitness consultant, and working closely with people on their fitness journey is something she still does in her free time. It’s not something she was able to leave behind, and it helps her keep up to date on the latest in the health and wellbeing sectors.
